Organic content of sample

Hello everyone,Can someone explain the importance of the organic content of my injected sample. To be more clear; what happens if the organic content of my injected sample is 50% and I run a reverse phase gradient starting at only 10% organic? Is there some kind of rule about this? Something like no more organic difference than 10% between sample and eluent?Any help on this will be truly appreciated. Thanks, BertrandSee More

GC analysis by headspace

Hello allI am currently trying to analyse Butyl acetate using headspace analysis. I am trying to get calibration curve but I have been having some reproducibility issues.
